A fabulous experience. This was my first visit after a colour disaster. Consultation was very thorough and 2 strand tests, one for colour stripping and then the colour. Grace is friendy, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We went through again what I wanted and she looked through pictures, but also managed expectations. Grace was methodical and didn't rush anything. The end result is absolutely amazing and my hair feels soft and not damaged, having been spoilt to the best products out there. The salon itself is also relaxed and calming, all in all a fantastic experience Ill be returning.
Grace is an immensely skilled and knowledgeable hairstylist, who I would trust with my hair even blindfolded! She has the most gorgeous radiant energy that makes you feel so at ease, and in tremendously good hands. I cannot recommend Grace enough to anyone who is looking for an experienced hair care professional.
