Long gone are those days! Especially when you come to Sage Hair Salon.

Highlights can be babylights, slices, small weaves, ribbon weaves & the list Is endless. That might not mean much to you but in a nutshell, there are so so many techniques and placements of foiling.

We pride ourselves in listening to exactly what you're expecting to see when you look in the mirror. This means that every single set of highlights and lowlights we do at Sage is bespoke to you. You might want the focus around the hairline or perhaps you want the highlights to look SUPER natural from the parting. Maybe, you're craving brightness around the face and don't care so much about the back. 

Whatever your request, we are skilled enough to achieve the look for you.

 

The beauty of foils is you can change the colours within them to suit your mood or the season! Let's play around and get creative with natural shades and tones!

The information

Who is it for?

Highlights are a very popular service due to the nature of being able to change it up at each appointment or stay the same. A great way to gain some natural lightness or dimension.

What to expect?

You can choose between a full, half or partial set of foils. We will chat about the outcome you want to achieve but you can always expect to see a natural result.

Products used

We use a brilliant lightener called Power Blonde by Keune that really gives light results with a good canvas. We use Redken Shades EQ as our toner.

We also use some super fun foils too!

Longevity

The toner will last 12-24 washes and can easily be topped up if needed.

The highlights and lowlights will need maintaining every 8-12 weeks.

THE Consultation

At the consultation, we will discuss the look you're after, what areas of your hair are most important to you, warm and cool tones, set expectations & aftercare. 

We will offer you a patch test if required.

Please feel free to provide us with photo as inspiration of the desired look. 

We offer standard colour consultations but we also offer hair advice consultations at £30 and can be redeemed on any products bought on the day.
